Join us for the August residential care forumThis forum is aimed at improving our understanding and response to ‘non-compliance’ .
- A guest speaker from the Department (DOHA) will outline the types of non-compliances identified by CIS, notices of non-compliance, preparing a submission, the decision making process, publishing Notices of Non-Compliance, sanctions, appeals and interface with the Agency
- Guest speaker Paul Richards (WA State Manager ACSAA) will explain the Agency’s risk management process, site level identification of non-compliance—auditor’s responsibilities, making a submission to assist the decision maker, decision making, approved providers rights and responsibilities, appeals, and interface with the Department
- Hear from industry managers experience of non-compliance—what they learned and how to manage the process effectively
- Questions and answers.
