e-Tools Electronic Residence Agreements — Mark Kong
ACSA and the State associations have developed a new residential care agreement and e-Tools has developed an easy-to-use electronic package. Several WA members have already moved to this new package. Mark will give a brief demonstration followed by questions from existing and potential users.

Medicare are unable to provide a representative so we will workshop member issues and problems with the new arrangements and seek a response from Medicare.
Cert III graduates—are they job ready?
Some members are reporting that recent graduates from Cert III training courses are cannot be put to work without significant on the job training. What is your experience? What should ACSWA do to follow up?
